Products and descriptions

Product information

We aim to present product descriptions, images, specifications and other information clearly and accurately.

Product images are provided to help you understand the appearance of the goods. Colours and visual details may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting and photographic conditions.

Please read the product description and any stated dimensions, materials, options or other specifications before placing an order.

Product availability

Products are offered subject to availability. The availability information shown on the relevant product page or during checkout should be checked before completing a purchase.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been submitted and we cannot fulfil the order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate cancellation and refund for any payment taken for the affected item.

Changes to product information

We may update product descriptions, images or website information to reflect changes to the products or correct errors. Information that forms part of an existing contract will not be changed without your agreement where required by law.

04

Prices and payment

Product prices

Product prices are displayed on the relevant product pages and in the shopping basket. The total amount payable will be shown at checkout before you submit your order.

Standard delivery for eligible UK orders is provided at no additional delivery charge. The standard delivery charge is £0.00.

Any applicable taxes or other charges will be shown as required before you complete your purchase. We will not introduce an undisclosed mandatory charge after the order has been submitted.

Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available at checkout.

Your order can only proceed through the normal checkout process once the payment process has been completed or otherwise authorised as required by the selected payment method.

Payment processing may be handled by an external payment provider. The processing of payment information is subject to the relevant provider’s terms and privacy arrangements.

Pricing or listing errors

If we identify an obvious pricing or listing error before accepting an order, we may contact you to explain the issue and ask whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price.

If an order cannot be accepted because of an error, we will explain the position and refund any payment taken for the affected order.

05

Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order

When you place an order through the website, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products at the prices and on the terms displayed during checkout.

Before submitting your order, you should review the products, quantities, delivery address, delivery information and total amount payable.

Order acknowledgement and acceptance

An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order details. It does not, by itself, necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.

The purchase contract is formed when we send you a separate order acceptance or dispatch confirmation, whichever is issued first as confirmation that we have accepted your order.

If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you using the contact details supplied during checkout. If payment has already been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Please keep your order confirmation and any subsequent order-related emails for your records.

06

Delivery and shipping

Free standard delivery

Standard delivery is free for eligible UK delivery addresses accepted by the website checkout. The standard delivery charge is £0.00.

The available delivery destination and delivery details will be shown during checkout.

Processing and estimated delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

After dispatch, standard delivery is normally expected within 2–5 working days. The overall usual estimate is approximately 3–7 working days from order confirmation.

These are usual estimates, not guaranteed dates, unless a specific delivery period is expressly agreed with you.

Delivery obligations

Where no different delivery period has been agreed, goods must be delivered without undue delay and, in any event, within 30 days after the contract is made, as required by applicable law.

The goods remain at our risk until they come into the physical possession of you or a person identified by you to receive them, subject to the applicable statutory rules.

Further information is available in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

07

Order changes and cancellation

Changes before dispatch

If you need to change or cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether the order can still be amended or stopped.

Statutory cancellation rights

For most online purchases of goods, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.

Where an order contains multiple goods delivered separately, the cancellation period generally runs from the day after receipt of the final item.

After notifying us of cancellation, you must normally return the goods within 14 days. The applicable legal exceptions and return arrangements are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Legal exceptions

Certain goods may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right, including goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised goods, where the relevant legal conditions are met.

Any exception will be applied only where permitted by law and does not remove separate statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

08

Returns and refunds

Change-of-mind returns

Where you exercise a statutory cancellation right, you may handle the goods only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

You may be responsible for a reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary, where the law permits such a deduction.

Return costs

For a change-of-mind cancellation, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where we have provided the required information before the contract was made.

Where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to the contract, we will cover reasonable return costs where required by law.

Refund timing

Where statutory cancellation rules apply, refunds are generally due without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the earlier of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back. Different timing applies where we have agreed to collect the goods.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed with you.

Full details are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

09

Product quality and consumer rights

Legal standards for goods

Goods supplied by us must meet the requirements of applicable consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where applicable.

This includes requirements that goods are:

  • Of satisfactory quality.
  • Fit for a particular purpose where the relevant legal requirements are met.
  • As described.
  • Consistent with any applicable sample or model.

Available remedies

If goods do not conform to the contract, you may have rights to reject them, request a repair or replacement, or obtain a price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable statutory rules.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

10

Customer information and privacy

Information provided during shopping

You should provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, placing an order or contacting us.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and similar technologies is available in our Cookie Policy.

Please do not send full payment card numbers, security codes or account passwords through ordinary email or website contact forms.

11

Intellectual property

Website materials

Website text, graphics, photographs, branding, layout and other materials may be protected by intellectual property rights.

You may access and use website content for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit website materials without the appropriate permission or other lawful basis.

Product names, marks and materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective rights holders.

12

Website availability and external links

Website operation

We aim to keep the website available and functioning properly. However, access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may update or modify website features where reasonably necessary. Such changes will not remove rights already established under an existing purchase contract.

External websites

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services for convenience. We do not control the content or privacy practices of external websites.

Your use of an external website is subject to its own terms and policies.

13

Liability

Legal responsibilities

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

This includes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Your statutory rights concerning the quality, description, delivery and conformity of goods remain unaffected.

We are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable at the time the relevant contract is made, subject always to applicable consumer protection law.

14

Complaints and customer support

Contacting us

If you have a question about a product, an order, delivery or a purchase-related concern, please contact us using the details provided below.

Please include your order reference where your enquiry relates to an existing purchase.

15

Changes to these terms

Updates

We may revise these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our website, products, business arrangements or legal requirements.

The current version will be published on this page. Changes will apply from the time they are published, except where a different effective date is stated.

Changes to these terms will not retrospectively alter an existing purchase contract without your agreement where such agreement is required by law.

16

Governing law and jurisdiction

Applicable law

These terms and any dispute or claim arising from them or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in the country where you live.

Where you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live, where applicable law provides that right.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory legal protection available to consumers.

17

General provisions

Entire agreement

These terms, together with the relevant product information, checkout details and policies referred to on the website, form the contractual framework for purchases made through our online shop.

Severability

If any provision is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

No waiver

A failure or delay by us in exercising a right does not mean that we have waived that right.

Third-party rights

A person who is not a party to a purchase contract does not have rights to enforce its terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Model cancellation information

To exercise a statutory right to cancel an eligible online purchase, you may inform us of your decision by email or through our Contact Us page. You do not need to provide a reason. Please identify your order and the goods you wish to cancel. The applicable cancellation and return periods are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
